01
Public sources only
Our web collection is limited to publicly available pages and data. We do not collect from private accounts, signed-in areas, or paywalled content, and we do not bypass authentication or other access controls. Each project must define its sources, fields, purpose, and delivery scope before collection begins.
02
Review before collection
Our policy requires review of source terms, applicable licenses, robots.txt directives, published restrictions, and the proposed use. We respect source access rules and use reasonable request rates. Where permission is required or the position is unclear, collection must wait for clarification or authorization. A public page or an absent restriction is not, by itself, permission for every use.
03
Product and business information
Our collection services focus on product, price, availability, and other non-personal business information. We do not offer personal-profile harvesting, sensitive personal datasets, or private contact lists. Public pages can still contain personal information; project review must exclude unnecessary identifiers and review any free text before delivery.
04
Defined rights for AI training
Training, fine-tuning, evaluation, redistribution, and publication must be covered by the agreed project scope and an appropriate rights basis. Public availability does not mean public domain. We do not claim ownership of third-party content or promise unrestricted training rights. A client order cannot grant rights that Veinwork does not hold.
05
Traceable delivery
Our team prepares completed results separately and uploads them to the client workspace for inspection, charts, and downloads. The workspace does not run scraping software. Source URLs, observation dates, and batch identifiers provide context; unverified or missing rights metadata remains unknown and is not a compliance certification. The upload validator checks data structure, not legal permission.
06
Source and privacy concerns
If you believe a delivered record affects your rights, contains personal information, or conflicts with a source restriction, contact us with the source URL, affected records or dataset, and the reason for your concern. We will review the report and take appropriate action, which may include pausing collection, restricting access, correcting records, or removing affected data.
What does data mining mean? Web scraping or extraction collects records. Data mining analyzes those records to find patterns. We describe both activities clearly; changing the name does not change source restrictions or usage rights.
